Tinto Pesquera has its origins in a stone press from the 16th century, where Alejandro Fernández and Esperanza Rivera produced their first wines over 50 years ago with grapes from their vineyards. The experience at El Lagar pays tribute to the land that produces its wines through different activities that invite visitors to discover the secrets of the Tinto Pesquera winery, the flagship of Familia Fernández Rivera and promoter of the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.
Enjoy a guided visit around the Tinto Pesquera winery in which you will explore, glass in hand, the different wine production spaces, from the historic zone to the most modern and innovative area. The visit includes a tasting of three wines in three key points of the winery: Vino Familia Fernández Rivera, Tinto Pesquera Crianza, Tinto Pesquera MXI
The tasting is accompanied with a selection of artisanal products such as toasted bread with Dehesa La Granja EVOO, a shot of hummus made with PDO Fuentesaúco chickpeas, also from the family estate, and a tapa of artisanal Dehesa La Granja cheese.
